2. Notices of New Books– publications.

Notices of new Books On Publications. Under this head some explanation
presents itself as necessary

That of these notices the subject matter should comprise
all new books without distinction or even all new
books on certain select topics distinguished and announced
is plainly out of the question. The Heads under which this
in relation to which these notices may be are
those two opposite and correspondent and opposite ones.

1. Judication of publications which are in danger of as to which there seems a danger of their not obtaining
enough notice– so much notice as they deserve.

2. Judication of those publications, as to which there seems a danger of
their obtaining too much notice: more notice than they deserve.
