Secondly – To give the information brought from
foreign countries great accuracy and consequent
value – It is believed that much useful and
exclusive official knowledge might be obtained
and that a correspondence from the scenes
of political interest might be established
greatly superior to any possessed by any existing
newspaper. There is scarcely a country in Europe
in which the want is not felt of some
newspaper which should be the depository
of communications interesting to Europe in general.
