But Fourthly – Though the opinions of the
Editorial articles would invariably possess this
character a far greater liberty of discussion
would be allowed to hostile opinion than
has place in any existing newspaper.
The strictest impartiality would be observed
as to the insertion of well-written communications
from men of all political
opinions, and the proposed newspapers
would become a register of the current
notions of the day on all the great
topics of public interest.
