Erudite – are those who,
having been aggregated
by Qualification judicatory
to the Locable List,
have, on view of the result
of the office auction
been located by Army
Minister, with approval
of Prime Minister.

This, with relation of
grade to grade, will
from time to time be
maintained or varied
by Legislature.
