have some thoughts of disposing of the

if I can get what in the present and
encreasing abundance of money may be deemed a
reasonable price. It is in this view that
I should be glad to learn from you what you
consider as the medium a good fair market price (in number
of year's purchase) for of Estates copyhold
as well as Trusthold in those neighbourhoods, what your terms
are would be for selling such estates, and what you would
recommend for with regard to the choice of the place or
places of sale.
