In the course of this and the 24th chapter I found
it necessary to give an analytical view of the several
simple powers modifications, of which the powers of government or dominion public
as well as private as susceptible: for the modifications
expressed by the common distinction division into legislative and executive⊞ ⊞ or legislative executive
