of an inconvenient species of tenure, supposed
supposed to come written the purview of the
General Inclosing Bill.
In the Parish of Frotsworth in the County
of Leicester is his a piece of land called The Husbandman's
Pasture, the property ownership of which is
divided into stunted Rights of Pasture,
called Commons or Cattle Gaits, to each of which
is annexed a Right of Estovers limited as
to quality as well as quantity: viz: 100 kids of
Furze (called Gorze) to each Cattle Gait. The quantity
of this pasture
