6. Another groupe of provisions has for its object the preserving
Seamen and Soldiers from the impositions
which they stand stood exposed at the hands of another
that of Agents of another description, profferring themselves
for the business of receiving for them and remitting to them
earnings due to them from Government on whatsoever score,
viz. whether on account of occasional prize or bounty money, or
on account of regular pay.
