III. Another part is that in which the class of persons
to whose interests concerns the law takes in hand are the
several classes of persons concerned in Privateers in
the business of privateering.

In the Act of 1805 the sections thus occupied are
not in every instance altogether easy to determine.
In some of them, the aspect the face countenance shown to them
by the law is a face countenance of favour. This To this kind
appear to belong Sections

In others, the face shown to them is a face of
coercion command emparation. To this head appears to belong Sections

In the Act of 1809 no fresh additional regulation respecting
this class of persons are to be found.

IV. In the Act of 1805 Another part takes for the subject of its regulation the
conduct of the Commander of Merchant private Ships when under
convoy. In One short section §. 23 comprizes the whole
of the matter that bears upon this class of persons
