I. Another part that claims a Code to itself is that
in which duties are imposed functions are assigned upon divers Officers belonging
to Greenwich Hospital, for the benefit of Seamen
in the King's Service divers functions are assigned to divers
Officers belonging to or stationed in Greenwich Hospital.

In the Act of 1805 the matter belonging to coming under this head
occupies or enters into the compilation of those Sections
viz. §. 81, 82, 85, 86, 105, 106?, 107.

In the Act of 1810 it occupies or enters into the compilation
of Sections – viz. §. 10, 11?, 12, 29, 34

Seamen in the King's service being the parties for whom
favour is intended by this part of the Act Acts favour is intended
that for it is accordingly necessary that for their information
a brief intimation of the contents should be inserted in their code.
☞ Is there any thing here that needs action on their part?

II. Another part that claims a code to itself is that by
which functions are assigned to and duties impo
which upo to divers Officers of belonging to or stationed in
Chelsea Hospital for the benefit of Soldiers in the King's
service divers functions are assigned analogous to those
assigned, as above, for the benefit of Seamen in the
King's Service to divers Officers stationed and belonging to
or stationed in Greenwich Hospital.

In the Act of 1805 the matter belonging to this head
occupies or finds a its place is placed in one Section, viz. §. 113.

In the Act of 1809 the matter belonging to this head
finds its occupies or is placed in these twelve Sections: viz.
§. 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27.

The occasion occasions in which these disti the labour of those
Officers in question receive this direction is that of a mass of ptize
money earned by the Soldiery in consequence of the successful
issue of a conjunct expedition. ☞ Add brief intimation
