Prize Seaman's Law

Soldiers with their Officers being in divers cases
sharers in fellow sharers with seamen in military
service and on that account thereupon also in respect thereof also in reward, the Royal

Other classes of persons instrumental in the rendering
of service to Seamen the Seaman on the above occasions and
for the above purposes are as follows.

1. The Judicial Judges and other subordinate Officers of the High Court of

Admiralty or Metropolitan Superior Prize Court. See the Code of

2. The Judges and other Officers of the several Courts of
Vice-Admiralty or Subordinate Prize Courts stationed in the Out Posts of Great Britain
and Ireland and in the several dependencies of the

In these Codes respectively the Seaman and men
especially the Naval Commander will see the divers certain conditions
in which his receipt of whatsoever may be his due
depends, must necessarily be made to depend, and the Commander the certain pecuniary and other
obligations to which for with the benefit of claimants and
others he may it is necessary he should eventually be subjected charged.
