two provisoes that have been entangled together
the one respecting sha desertions here stiled run men
the other respecting non-claimants. Run men's shares
are forfeited to Greenwich Hospital, i.e. to be applied to the benefit
of Naval men in general unless the mark be
off by the Admiralty Board or the Navy Board.
2. Non claimants shares to be to the same case forfeited (for such, even
in this a case of thus pure from delinquency is the expression)
unless for reasonable cause restored by the
Directors of the Hospital, or by the Judicatory of the High
Admiralty Court.
