Prize
Section 25. After twenty intervening Sections comes this
in which Seamen and the other classes of persons above
mentioned as being in the Kings service on the one hand,
and the crews of Privateers on the other have a joint
but opposite interest.
The object of it is to provide that when so it
happens that a Privateer is under convoy of Kings
Ship by which a price is taken, in that Privateer case
unless a Privateer unless it have received orders from the Kings
Ship to take part in the engagement shall not take
part in the prize.
