In part 1. an apprehension is betrayed lest
by the blind impatience on the part of Captors seconded by the equally blind
obsequiousness on the part of Judges, and Agent should
be compelled to distribute the proceeds of a prize before
the time of Appeal has lapsed: accordingly
it declares that no such thing shall be done
"except in the cases" somewhere in the course or other
"in this Act" with its fifty pages "mentioned, no
such thing shall be done.

But except in particular cases therein mentioned
it is impossible for the Agent to have in hand anything
in his hands to distribute. If Until the time
of appeal be elapsed, unless an appeal having been
made and determined in his favour, and sale
decreed accordingly to be performed under his management
he receiving the proceeds, not a pr must
not only the time for appeal be elapsed, but a decree
of sale issued in his favour as above and executed
accordingly not a penny can he have in his hands.
