In this 7th Section the a law suit hearing in the court
a question been thus peremptorily required to be commenced,
after an interval of one section next after a section employed
on other business, comes is Section 9th comes a
plan for bringing the species of Trustee in question
to a sense exercise of duty by means of an epistolary correspondence
to be carried on without a lawsuit,
instead of a lawsuit, and at the worst before a lawsuit.
When A man or perhaps the Hospital has a claim it is supposed
when for Prize money or Bounty money upon a Prize
Agent: which claim this Agent it is apprehended is
not disposed to satisfy. Upon applicati Spontaneously
or at the instance of the an individual interested, this Officer
of Prizes is to address himself in writing, viz. alluding
to a form formulary very providently prudently and properly
provided for him desiring to receive from him the Agent
the money so claimed, is a reason for in black & white for the not paying it:
which reason (whatsoever is to be done in the other case
with a money, which is not altogether chaos) is to
be delivered to the Bearer of the Requisition above
described.
