2. Another omission. In the text, along with
"Prize" meaning doubtless Prize money, mention is made
of Bounty money. But in the abovementioned annext
Form Prize money alone is mentioned, no such
word as Bounty being to be found. in it.

Notwithstanding the mention thus made of Bounty
money, under this 9th Section with its Schedule taken
together not a penny of Bounty can be under and
by virtue of the Act, be received by anybody. For
to him to whom Bounty money alone is due, and without
not any Prize money, no Bounty money most
assuredly can not with propriety be paid, to under the
name of Price money in compliance of with a requisition
which is not allowed to speak of any thing but Prize
money.

Note that in the next Schedule (Schedule [B])
before the word "money" and after the word "Prize" is inserted the word "money"
"Bounty". But in Schedule (A) to render the
direction correct and compleat after the word Bounty
would have required to be accompanied
with a few other words, as these – (or Bounty
money, as the case may be.)
