3. 4. Another omission Two more omissions.

By the Act of 1805 §. 8 "all regulations therein
("herein" it says) "contained respecting Prizes shall apply" (it is declared)
not only "to all cases of Bounty money" (it says) "granted by this
"Act" but moreover to all cases "of Salvage upon recaptures
"from his Majesty's Enemies".

Now of Salvage money Schedule (A) says nothing:
no more as little does any other part of this amending
Act. If this remedy be of use in the case of forty
shillings due in the name on the score of Prize money or Bounty money, is
it 4. Another omission. in any less degree of use on
the score of the Salvage money.

Under the name of Prize money, Salvage money
can not be claimed: for though in both cases the service
meant to be remunerated consists in a point borne in
the operation of capture, yet the source is in the two
cases different: In the case of Prize money the
captured effects are sold, and the money shared. In the
case of Salvage no such operation or sale has place.

As little can it in the case of under the name
of Bounty money. For if it is in a Bounty money direction made by
the King or by Parliament, at the expence of the public by made at the expence of the public that Bounty money has its source
at large is the immediate source.

Add Seizure money.
