4. Another A fourth omission. In the Section 31 of this
same Act of his, the legislator, taking into consideration
the case of seizures a seizure made by a Vessel of War
in the King's Service, made viz for some Offence
committed against some law, (as hath been
seen) that all the Provisions .... mentioned either in the Act
of 1805 or in this his Act, shall be extended respecting
prizes taken from the Enemy,⊞ ⊞ (meaning respecting the distribution of the proceeds of such prizes) shall be extended to the
distribution of the amount amounts of such seizures.
Unfortunately, it as in this respect it is in with regard to Bounty
money and Salvage money, so is it in regard to
Seizure money. Be the case as it may with regard
to all provisions contained in the text, it is impossible
that by means under and by virtue of this Schedule (A) this
instrument of requisition, taking it without addition in the words
in which it stands at present, any money can
in the shape in the name on the score of seizure money be received by
any person, any more than in the shape on the score name of
salvage money on or bounty money as above.
In addition this Schedule (A) the Appendix to
this Act in addition besides to the above mentioned Schedule
marked (A) comprizes may be seen four or others are contained. In each
of the three last viz. (D) (D) and (F) one was a one form for designed
to serve for one instrument is contained: in Schedule
(B) two forms for so many instruments with a string of Instructions,
in Schedule (C) two forms for so many instruments
without Instructions.
