In matter One clause instance however there is in which in
the amending Act no such incorrectness can be charged.
This is that of the clause which, relating to the what are in
another preceding Section § 54 appointed required to be done by Agents,
should there have been compleated, in that Section have received its completion, but instead of but was stuck on to the
that was posted off, and stuck on to the back of this other Section §. 56 the business of which was to appoint appointing what was to
be done by Registrars.
If in this misplaced any the slightest
alteration had been to be made, the repetition would have
had its object at least, if not its use. But it is
without any the smallest variation that it is thus transcribed:
nor except by adding to voluminousness the addition made to it and confusion,
has is it capable of producing any the smallest
effect in any shape.
The Court of Clemency contains a rendition of a scribe Solicitor or Clerk in Court
who in a case of contested succession who finding in a family Bible of one of the parties
materials for a pedigree, took the opportunity of taking an
office copy of enriching and sanctifying the mass of evidence
by an office copy of the Bible. The of the section who
might took that method of displaying his zeal in
the service of justice might with pride have beheld the
fee at his feet in the character of or disciple the penner of
this clause Section!
