Sect. 11. Act 1809. §. 11. The Section 67 in the Act of 1805 is the Section part which
this section takes for the subject of the amendment made
by it. In the Act of 1805 the Treasurer of Greenwich Hospital The Registrars of the "Admiralty and the Vice Admiralty Courts
meaning probably the Registrars thereof were the only persons to whom a an attested Copy of the Accounts
of Sale with the Vouchers was required to be transmitted:
to these those official persons this are now added
the Treasurer of Greenwich Hospital: – and that in
those his hands considering the business that is allotted to him
by other parts of both Acts that in his hands it is highly
fitting necessary such and the documents in question should be
lodged, is beyond dispute.
