Sect. 63. As if the perplexity were not yet thick enough
next comes a Section (§. 63) which adds to it beyond
measure.
Section 62 was confined to the case where the
condemnation having been being passed abroad, the condemning
judicatory was is a Vice Admiralty Court.
In this Section are two equal parts. In the
first the supposition of the a condemnation in Vice Admiralty Court is
dropped and that of the High Court put into in its place.
In Part 2d return is made to the case of the a Vice Admiralty
Court.
In case 1, the case in which the same lies in the High
Court the object of the Section legislator is to empower the Court
at the instance of the Captor to compel the an Agent Agents
to vest the proceeds in public securities in for the purpose of accumulation
there to accumulate.
In the case where a Vice Admiralty Court is again
the same two ulterior options are given to the
Judge. One disposition which he is
required to give to the proceeds that is the money produced
by the sale of the property. But antecedently to
this interpolated by means of three words that are slipt
in, a power for stopping all sale at the distant
spot and sending to England the property itself there to
be sold and disposed of.
