Compose together the wording of the two sections it becomes
but too evident, were this the only proof exemplification that in
the conception of the draughtsman that to the purpose of consolidation
juxta-position of different clauses penned at
different times and with different by different precedent
draughtsmen is all that is necessary.
Where so far as conjecture can be drawn from the
contest the objects meant to be designated were the same
nothing can be more uncorrespondent that the terms employed
for the expression of them.
In § 1. For "Judge" in §. 62 we have "the said Court"
in §. 63.
2. For requisition in § 62 we have prayer
in §. 63.
3. For Captor in the phrase at the of the captor
in §. 62 we have Captors or the phrase at the prayer of the
captors in §. 63.
4. In §. 62 of the mode of compulsion nothing
is made in §. 63. for the mode of compulsion, "process
of and Attachment" is specified appointed.
5. Oh but says somebody – in the inferior Court, prayer in the superior Court is very proper
difference. For the first moment At a first glance, plausible: but the next
moment comes upon the carpet once more the inferior
Court, and there we have in the latter section the word
prayer as in the same section in the case of the superior
Court.
