6. In Money which in §.62 was to be distributed in England,
is in §.63 to be distributed in Great Britain: and this probably without
intending, certainly without giving indication of the difference which in both instances the languages were taken as set under of the intention, would really in practise be produced.

6. 7. In the latter §.63 remains still a
source web of entanglement, woven in the consequences best
manner woven after one of the fathoms in use among
conveyances.

What is evident to a man of common sense is that supposing them both to
be fairly lodged and safer in good old England the manner of dealing
with goods and the manner of dealing with money
can not but admitt of very considerable differences and
that accordingly the directing what shall be done with them
the best ins as well as the amplest course is to take
them in hand one at a time.

Not so be the conveyance: accordingly we think a little while in
been selling money, and vesting and
in the funds. The Court What the Court is to
"direct", is – "the property captured, or the thereof
to be forthwith transmitted to Great Britain, than
to be vested in public after being sold (if
not already converted by sale, as the shall
shall elect, and so forth.

Now what is it that it is to be vested in public
securities? Answer. Something that has been sold: for
it is not till after it has been sold that it is the self same whatever it be
thing to be so vested.

At the same time whatever it is that has been sold
be it money be it wares, be it brandy the vigilance
of the legislator is alarmed by the an apprehension lest
it through too prostrate a deference to zealous undiscerning a devotion his presumed will
it should be sold this ware or this money should
be sold twice over: whereupon viz, to prevent parry this misfortune, in
crimes his producer and add inside the parenthesis (if not already, converted by Sale).
