Suppose on the other hand things (suppose) are so circumstanced,
the captors all as many of them as are justly entitled
being on the spot and crowding in to the office
all hopes of considerable profit to be made by retardation
of distribution is hopeless. Remain as a source of
profit the shares which by reason of absence a forfeiture
will remaining unstained, ought to be for forwarded transmitted
to the Hospital. A Here comes in to his and the legislator
and stops his hands: three months all but the few
days in question he keeps open his office the for
open (for this by §. 75 he is obliged to do under a penalty of £500)
for the reception of visitors who of whom he is sure will never come
and thus by §. 80 comes another month during
which he is obliged to retain in his hands the whole
of this residuum, not being permitted allowed to make out
of it any of those payments which the Hospital is
allowed and required to make.
