Sea voyages are liable exposed to uncertainties: and accordingly having
in the interval course of the four years between the two Acts gained made possession
of this truth, in 1809 the legislator sets to work and
doubles the number of copiesto be transmitted to the each Greenwich
of the two Treasurers Hospital and the Navy Office employing for that purpose
two successive ships, adding at the same time
one for the a Deputy whom it seems he is sure of finding appointed for the purpose by the the treasurer of
Greenwich Hospital and resident on the spot.
