21 Decr 1810
Prizes Acts of 1805 & 1809

Such being the quantity of work dispatched by the legislator
of 1805 in his 102 lines, that the legislator of
1809
for the amendments just above mentioned requires the legislator of 18009, notwithstanding the additional
number of efficient persons and others whom he has upon his hands
requires no more than 75 additional lines: and with the help of in
these ulterior lines he has contrived to in the customary
form to give include both parts directive and sanctionative
in the compass of one Section.

Of Section 77 in the business in relation to each prize and its object is to declare what should
be reccord or evidence of Agency. Belonging to the subject

would be by into the nerves of a Spanish Priest – the wonder is – not
that they forget some many things, but that they remember
any thing.

Happily for all who have any call to understand upon them to look at it,
