3. The time for such payment it is then said is
to be "within one month after the regular period of distribution
4. "When so paid" it is, "for the benefit of the captors(a) .... to be forthwith lodged in the
"Bank, or invested in publick security of Exchequers Bills
"in the names of the .... Treasurer, the Secretary, and (the) Clerk
"of the Cheque".
5. When it is so lodged or invested there it is to remain
until one event has taken place, the description
of which it is easier to copy than to understand.
That event having come to pass, "within three months thereafter"
this same official person, the Treasurer – is to
cause such proceeds, with all accumulations thereon,
Not under his own authority, but "under the authority of a set of the directors of the
"said Royal Hospital" (whose acts are not at his
command) "to be distributed within three months thereafter".
