in a religious appellation

An evidence with which for the establishment of those same
facts – of this same identity, the author of this Act
in another place §. 95 contents himself with is that of the Minister .. of .. of
the Parish in which such claimant .... shall reside.
But in from the case of any such Minister it is not
in the power of the Hospital Establishment to obtain any such
criterion: nor is there does there exist any equal probability that
by accident the handwriting of the person in question
should be known to the official person by whom it in this case the
judgement in respect in the question of genuineness is to be formed.
belongs to judge.

2. As to the case where the applicant applies appears in
the character of the authorized representative of a living
claimant, for that case provision is made in another
part of this Act. In this case the claimant suppli is
one person the applicant another, the applicant is a different
person from the claimant.

In this case to the fact of identity requiring
proof is this fact viz. that by the claimant in question
he being as before in the number of the persons whose names appear
the instrument was upon the face of the Prize List of the Ship &c in question,
the instrument was signature by name or
mark was at the time and place in question affixed to the instrument produced by the
applicant, that instrument being an instrument appointing
him on the occasion in question to act as
such.

In the case where the applicant claimant is the claimant applicant, there is
but one person in in whose instance whose part falshood requires is to be guarded
against precaution requires to be taken against falshood. In the
case where the applicant is a different person from the claimant
there are two such persons. It may be that the applicant not having
received any authority from any claimant, asserts by in the way of forgery, his
having received in the
shape of the instrument
which he produces, an
authority from a claimant person therein mentioned, on whose part a claim to that effect the effect in question would paid: and this is naturally
the most common case.
