4. By somebody, probably naturally by the applicant probably
whose interest it is that it should be done, these "Petitions"
nothing now being said about Forms, the mention of
Forms being now dropped, these "Petitions when filled up
"shall be transmitted" (it is said) "to the Clerk of the
Cheque ....
5. "Together with" thence are to be "transmitted" any
certificates of the service of such claimant or Claim
.... in the Navy, which such claimant .... may
have in his .... † † her not mentioned: therefore not applicable to a female Representative possession.
6. The are case is then put, that by
somebody or other (who not mentioned) at some time or
other (what not mentioned) a mass of papers something or other
not described by the name of such attestation any meant to be described spoken of under the appellation of the same, whatsoever
"certificates" shall have been returned from that same may be, "shall have been returned from the Navy
"Office upon such attestation and certificates".
7. A further case is thus thereupon immediately after put
viz that from somebody the Navy Office, written
probably by somebody or other name (who not mentioned)
and transmitted by the same person or some other
(who not mentioned) "a certificate is shall have been
obtained from the Navy Office of the service of
such claimant" .... that certificate "corresponding
with the certificates which shall have been produced
by him .... as aforesaid.
