5. Act of 1805, Section 97.
In the Section immediately preceding Section mentioned
is made of certain a sort of instruments for causing payment
to be made, under by the name of a Remittance Bill.
Of this the enormous Section, number of line no
fewer than 91 the business is to describe the use to be designate the mode of
made of it for that same pu which making application of a sort of Bill which from the description given of it may be pronounced
to be the purpose sort of instrument which the penning of in the preceding Section was in
view. But whether for fear of too great clearness, or
in pursuance of a sort of risk which seems to of the
institution of which symptoms are in this Act more particularly not altogether wanting
viz. that nothing shall ever be called to avoid calling any thing by its appropriate
name, so it is that throughout all the whole course of these 91 lines,
no such word as the word Remittance Bill is in this
Section mentioned to be found.
