5 Jany 1811
§. 97

23. Lastly comes a clause exempting lines from 85 to 91 inclusive are occupied in exempting from stamp
duty not only the above-mentioned pair of Remittance Bills together
with the receipt that is to be given upon one of them,
but "also all other Receipts for Prize and Bounty money
"which shall be at any time paid .... by the – Treasurer ....
"or his Deputy, ....

Here if for fear the work in this Section had
it ended at line 85 should not be long and complicated
enough, a clause stretching beyond it in extent enough, a provision which in point of extent outstretches it
and which in another part of the same Act constitutes
a Section by itself
is stuck on at the end.

But four sections before this §. 93
Section establishing
where a regulation of much less extent
relative to stamp duty is established a whole an entire Section
is allotted to it.
