Could he in his strictness have prevailed upon himself
to take up with a pair of corresponding instruments
such as the funds for example in a Lease and Release,
those he might have without difficulty have framed,
and so far as concerns the essential part of the Bill
viz the order which it imparts, of this part, could if there no much of duplication would have satisfied him he have contented himself with this part, he might
have had duplicates.

one, all exemptions more than one are for
security sake made to guard against incidents commonly

to the number of them commonly called duplicates,
or triplicates and so on. But excepting that difference

reference to each other duplicates.
