☞ Add Entries to be made. 1. By whom judged genuine. 2. in what degree.
3. on what day transacted to payer. 4. By whom paid. 5. on what day,
3. to whom.

There stands the matter in respect of judgment and
execution.

In respect of evidence, it has been seen already
that under the policy adopted by this Bill, for grounding
and warranting the judgment one single article piece of evidence,
and that consisting of a few words in the hand-writing
of a person unknown to him to everybody to whom it belongs
to judge are is received as sufficient. I mean the
case of the certificate of identity purporting to be signed by a Minister
and a Church warden or Elder of a Parish.

If If what is above be just thus much follows there is the consequence.
Whosoever be the appointed Judge and to that Judge Whatsoever is the sort of instrument document established and received in the
character of a Seaman's will the production of it
by a person purporting upon the face of it to be a
representative of the deceased claimant might be and ought to be to
that Judge sufficient evidence, and

For and making payment or at least for ordering
immediate payment upon the ground of that evidence,
the act of the official person to whom it belongs to pronounce
judgment upon the genuineness of such instrument ought
to be made sufficient.

In the case here in question to the instrument of
bequest in question requires to be added the
Captors list or lists of the Ship or Ships from which the deceased
had prize money or other encouragement money due.

If then in the case here in question the sort of person here stiled Inspector
of Seamen's wills were be the person by or by whose order the money is paid,
it is . But as to this Cheque whatsoever it be, neither
for the production nor yet for the preparation manufacturing of it does any real
demand or use appear upon the force of the clause, discernible.
