Section 105. Of this Section the object and business can is to
make provision for the of official service "all expenses incurred in executing this
"Act" and in particular for the remuneration to be allotted to special/official
service with part of the several persons particularized employed
in the execution of it.
In the case of those several classes descriptions of the persons marked
to out for remuneration the fixing adjustment of the quantum of
remuneration in each instance is committed to the discretion of so many those several
superordinate superior authorities – superiors in office.
1. Of the Officers of the Navy Office, the remuneration
will be adjusted by the Commissioners of the Navy Office
1. That Of persons such of the persons as now employed under the orders of the
Commissioners of the Navy the remuneration is to be
settled by those Commissioners.
2. That of persons such as are employed in the Navy Pay
Office, by the Treasurer of the Navy.
3. Thus of persons such as are employed in or belong to
Greenwich Hospital, by the Commissioners and Governors
of the said Hospital.
All which those several attributions dispositions are, that
they may wear the appearance add the appearance to the <add>force the appearance of his</add> as well as carry the
force of law, mixt put up into one hotch-pot.
Quere. Those Commissioners of the Hospital on
one part, and Governors of the same on the other, are
every different classes of persons or the same class decorated
by those two both names?
Moreover Hence, whether the same with or different
from each other, are they respectively different from or
identical with those Directors of the said Royal Hospital,
of whom we have so much in other places?+ + ☞ Examine.
