§ 105

4. The fund out of which the matter of remuneration
that applied is to be drawn is to be that composed of
unclaimed shares unclaimed, and shares forfeited
by discretion called rien- shares: or viz
interest of in such parcels as have stand invested in Government
securities, and subsidiarily in case of deficiency money raised by sale
of a requisite portion of the principal.

5. Of these "remunerations and expenditures" .... "the
"Accounts" ... are to be annually returned to Parliament.† † Quere where are they to be found?
