That same subject is touched upon in the Act of
1809 §.12. this same to subject is touched upon –
incidentally and slightly touched upon: The existence
of those deputies resident at in places where Vice
Admiralty Courts are in existence is supposed – are
and it is in the application of a deputy of that description
that the business there spoken of, viz. the
rumbling of money from thence to Greenwich Hospital
is required to be performed. But for any Section
a part of a Section in which authority is given to
the Official person in question to appoint to in any
such distant place any such deputy it would
be equally even in vain or look in vain to him
over this amending Act as the to hand over the
consolidating Act which it amends. The places
in question in this Section are such only as can
are included within the denomination of "the East
Indies."
