☞ Here add the passage.

On this same occasion, and in the next line, certain
instruments are mentioned – mentioned for the
first time under the name by the description of the certificates.
In this by force in virtue Of the said article the
on this occasion as on every other occasion, the
if no explanation follow effect is to give intimation to give it to be understood
that of the object denoted by the noun
substantive which it agrees with to which it is prefixed
mention had been made before. Perhaps
in some one of the Acts which by this consolidation
Act are stand repeated some such anterior description designation may
have had place: but in this present Act no such
description is to be found. In the course of a subsequent Section
however viz. §. 95, the mystery is in some sort cleared
up.

"Whose duty" (continues the Act from the passage
above quoted) "whose duty it shall be to prepare
"such Petitions and Applications, and transmitt
"the same together with the certificates is the Clerk
"of the Cheque of the said Hospital in manner
"herein-after mentioned." –
nearly half of this section employed in giving intimation
of what is about to be done in the next.
