Act 1805: §. 111, 112, 109. 112, 109, 111.
Of these Sections the object is to make provision
not nor as above in the way of indirect legislation
but n the way of direct legislation by prohibition and
penalty against such injuries to the rights of in question as
would be inflicted by Agents of the description in question
in breach of their trust by fraud embezzlement fraud
or delay, whether the result of rapacity or negligence.
