being a benefit, at another time a burthen. Relate if benefit or
burthen 1. good and evil, reward & punishment &c.

XI Formation of an uniform and mutually
correspondent set of terms several for the changes modifications of which
the creation extinction and transfer of subjects of possessions
whether considered as sources of benefit or as sources
of burthen are susceptible: and thence of a mutually connected
and correspondent set cluster of offences consisting in the
such mode
the several possible modes of dealing as above of dealing with such subjects with such
subjects of possession in the case in which they are
considered as wrongful, and as such
prohibited by statute law, and or considered and treated
as prohibited by judiciary alias judge-made law
1. Collation. 2. Ablation. In the case where and at the period point of time at which the subject
matter is for the first time brought into existence, collation has place
without ablation: if it be already in existence, then
collation and ablation have place together, and by of their
union translation is the result: if in so far as ablation has place
without collation, then not transfer but extinction
is the result.

Performed in favour of the Collator himself, collation
is self-collation: if regarded as wrongful, it is the wrongful
self collation or in one word usurpation, is the name
by which it has been or and at any time may it may be designated.

Performed by the Ablator himself, ablation is
abdication: if regarded as unlawful wrong by the law regarded
or treated or regarded as wrongful, wrongful abdication
accordingly is the name by which it may be designated.
