Herewith I hand you the two sets
of fragments to which I formerly referred
the place which I would prepare to assign
to them would be immediately after the
work in Nomography, — and I should unless they could
incline to the marking of them appear, in the character of fragments as appendices to
that wic the general view of a Code of laws.
The incomplete state of the Mss and
the illegibility of the writing in many cases have
given me much trouble, —
arranged I think you will
I shall be glad to hear that they
have reached you safely and what your opinion is
of them. I shall now have no further matter to Supply to you for some
time to you x I have proofs of Vol. 3 to the end of the
annuity note scheme as they progress, a continuation
of the Seri
I have the papers of Logic and Language which Mr JB
has requested me to undertake to Edite but I can make no
report upon them at the present.
