Law Amendment.
Correspondent to the Axioms being bearing reference to security
are the will be found the principles following. ☞ So go on with the several principles
1. Principle Correspondent to Security, and the Axioms thereto thereto belonging
to the Security-providing principle.
In regard to Security might consider requiring to be considered
I. The objects for which, or say in respect of it is provided endeavoured to be provided. These are
1. The maleficent ac
1. The maleficent acts against which it provided
2. 1. Person, the person of : on the occasion of which
body and mind require to be distinguished
2. Reputation: – The reputation of individuals or classes – or say the estimation
degree of estimation in which they are respectively held
3. The Property – the masses of the matter of wealth respectively
belonging to them and possessed whether in the shape of capital
or in the shape of income.
4. Power – the portions of power respectively belonging to them
whether for whose sake so ever or say to whose
benefit so ever exercisable, whether for the sake and benefit
of the individual power-holder himself, or for the sake
of other persons one or more in any number, in which
case the power is stiled a trust, and the power holder is trustee
and the person or persons for whose benefit it is exercised or
designed to be exercised – intended benefiter: and person
or persons, by whom the trust was created, trust or trustee.
5. Rank, or say public reputation or estimation, the source of
sudden reputation or estimation, put into the possession of
the individual by a source of delusion operating as the
inaptitude.
6. Condition in life in so far as beneficial: the aggregate benefits included in it
will be found in it what can composed of the above objects, two or more.
N.B. the four last mentioned objects may for conciseness shortness
be spoken of as so many modifications of the matter of property.
☞ 5. Add of miscellaneous rules as includes exemptions from burthensome obligations.
