Non-penal & Penal CodeForm
§. Terminology

If the coat I have on is mine, I have a
right by law to down, if I can, the any man
who, by force, should attempt to take it from me.
This is what in such a any case a man looks to, it scarce can can scarce be but that when he says "I have
"a right to a by which the greatest happiness
of the greatest number will be secured

to such or such an effect: or a right to have the
powers of government arranged in such manner as to
place me in such or such a condition in respect
of all actual right actually established rights – political
rights.

To engage others to join with him in employing applying force
for the purpose of putting government things into a state in
which he would really actually be in possession of that right of
which he thus pretends to be in possession, is at bottom
the real object and purpose of the confusion thus
endeavoured to be introduced into mens ideas by applying
employing a word in a sense different from what
it had been accustomed wont to be employed in, and from
which new source thus causing men to accede in
words to positions from which they dissent in judgement.
