§. Terminology

☞ State here the limits set to those rights by the correspondent
powers, public, domestic &c.

Rights as to person admitts of a very comparatively short and
simple description. They are no otherwise to be understood
or described than by means of the several wrongs and
offences by which they are would be violated and to which they stand
exposed. Of those wrongs and offences the description belongs to
the non penal branch of law.
