22d: Provided that out of the sum adjudged to be the value
of the said Penitentiary House with its appurtenances and estimated
as above the sum of £19000 shall be considered as
belonging to the Public, being the difference between the sum
of £31,000 advanced as beforementioned to the said Jeremy
Bentham and the sum of £12000 to be allowed for the
maintenance of the Convicts as aforesaid during the first
year after the construction of the said Penitentiary House.

Art. 7. under that of ten and above 55 years

Art. 4 the said Samuel as aforesaid with an allowance of for
the care and maintenance of the convicts as herein before
mentioned
