Mr. Bentham takes the liberty of concluding with an humble
request, on his part, that unless there should remain any point
in relation to which its the Sollr Genl should think deem it absolutely
necessary to call upon their Lordships for a deci fresh decision
he would have the goodness to clear it the draught from all queries and and
marginal notes observations expressive of doubt before it goes out of his hands. Preparing
himself on Mr Sollr Genls decision with compleat confidence
his Mr Bentham's wish is on his part not to have it transmitted in it
see or hear any thing more of the contract untill it has received their
Lordship's signature, unless Mr Sollr Genl himself should lay think
it necessary to lay his commands on him to the contrary: and he hopes Mr Sollr
General will have the goodness to give an intimation to
this effect to Mr White that it is he may communicate
it of such Mr Bentham's acquiescence, (should there be occasion) to the Treasury.
