Agreement between Jery Bentham of Queen
Sq. Place Westmr Esqr & Saml Bentham of
Hampstead Midx Esqr but now residing
in Russia of the one part & Benjamin
Hodges of Milbank Westr Distiller of the other part.

Whereas under an Agreement with the
said Jery & Saml Bentham, the said B Hodges is now in possession of a piece of Meadow Ground
at Milbank aforesaid, & is also in the occupation
of another piece of Meadow Ground as Tenant
at Will to J White Esqr the said last mentioned
piece of Meadow Ground being held by the said
J White of the said Jery & Saml Bentham.

And whereas the said B Hodges has now
lately represented to the said Jery & Saml Bentham
that it is necessary to the carrying on his business
that a part of the abovementioned land should be
annexed to or occupied by him along with the said
Distillery which he now likewise holds of the said
Jery & Saml Bentham.

Now therefore it is agreed between the said
parties Or their that in consideration
of the Rent & such other terms & conditions as are
hereinafter mentioned the said Jery & Saml Bentham
or the longer liver of them respectively at any time
neither one Calendar month after demand made to
them or the longer liver of them respectively
in writing by the said B Hodges his Exors or Admors
shall & will so far forth as they lawfully
may or can at the Costs & charges of the said
B Hodges his Exors or Admors grant to him or
them respectively a good & sufficient Lease of the a
