Sir

At your request I have sent you
my proposals from giving up my present
Lease in consideration of having a
new one granted at the undermentioned
Terms and conditions All the Houses
and Land in front wich I now hold
on Lease and also the land now in
the participation description of it while consisting
of 2 acres or thereabouts for 42 years from
Xmas 1806 at the following Rents viz £130
until 1812, from 1812 to 1819 at £160 a year
from 1819 to 1826 at £180 from 1826 to 1834
at £200 from 1834 to 1841 at £225 a year
from 1841 to 1849 at £250 pr anum and also
of All the other land wich I now hold on
lease consisting of Nursery and Pardon
Ground and also the Land now held
by Mr Hodges and to Povey for 21 Years
From Xmas 1806 at the undermention Rents
from 1806 to 1812 at £10 pr acre from 1812 to
1819 at £12 pr acre from 1819 to 1827 at
£14 pr acre
