And it is Also understood that the
New Lease to contain the same
Covenants and conditions as the Lease
I now hold unless any proposal I may
make to avoid the penitentiary

To Covenant to lay out in improvements
Buildings or Repairs of the Houses and
Land first mentioned in the first
14 Years of the 42 years the sum
of £4000

It is also understood that the Land
held by Mr Hodges Mr White and Mr Povey
are not to take the Raised Rent as Last
mentioned only at Six Pounds pr acre Rent of
Mr Povey to take place from Xmas 1806
Mr Hodges and Mr White at Midsomer 1807
then all to Xmas 1807 and then to commence
as above mentioned
