p 6 5. And ye sd SC doth hereby himself his
Exers Admin & Asss covenant promise & agree to
& with ye sd J & SB & ee Survivor of them their & his Asss
in manner followed is to say he ye sd SC
his Ex. A & A shall & will before ye 24th June 1809 lay
out & expend ye full sum of £500 of lawful money
of &c in ye erection of a Dwelling House & other
Buildings upon the sd ye amt of ye money sum
so laid out to be ascertained in manner as
hereinafter mentd

And also if the determination of ye term
hereby granted shd take place by ye demise of ye sd
JB & SB & ye Survivor of them before ye expiration of ye
sd 21 yrs that then and in that case
p 12 And also yt it shall & may be lawful to &
ye sd SC his Exors A & Asss shd ye term hereby granted
determine by ye demise of ye sd JB & SB & ye Survivor of
them before yeye expirore of ye said 21 years, to remove
take down & carry away all or any such Messes
or Dwellg Houses Erections & buildgs together including
ye Houses & or buildings abovementd as shall herein covenanted to be above covenanted to be
built as shall or may have been built or erected & also all such stock
& Crops as shall or may have been fit sown
or planted by ye sd S.C. his Ex. A & Asss on ye sd
several pieces or parcels of land or on any pts
during ye term hereby granted without
being compelled or obliged to acct to ye Heirs of
ye Survivor Exors Admirs or Assigns of ye sd JB & SB or of Heirs of ye Survivor
of or any or prison or prisons whomsoever whatsoever
for ye same
