Received of Mr Jeremy Bentham the above four articles for the use of
the House of Commons as having been referred to in
the Appendix to the Reports from the Committee on
Penitentiary Houses printed by Orders of the Honourable
House dated 31 May and 10 June 1811: whereof
1 and to this day, the others one day in last
month: the whole in addition to copy of each of
the said four articles delivered by him in May or June last
to Sir Evan Nepean.
